Our transportation services are limited to those reasonably necessary to safely transport passengers to and from the vehicle.
Limited Home Access
When requested and when safe to do so, drivers may enter a passenger’s residence or residential facility for the limited purpose of assisting the passenger between the doorway and the transportation vehicle.
Drivers will only enter a residence with the permission of the passenger or authorized caregiver.

Responsibility of the Passenger and Caregiver
Passengers and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that the residence and access route are reasonably safe and accessible at the time of transportation.
If additional assistance beyond the scope of this policy is required, the passenger must arrange for an appropriate caregiver or healthcare professional to be present.
Company Discretion

Decisions made by drivers under this policy are made solely for safety and operational reasons and shall not be construed as discrimination, abandonment, or a refusal to provide medically necessary care.
